Second-Hand Goods and Natural Aging

You acknowledge that the materials of second-hand items, limited-edition toys, model kits, and 3D-printed products (such as plastics, resins, decals, paint finishes, etc.) will naturally age, fade, or become brittle over time due to environmental humidity and exposure to sunlight/UV rays. Mercy Platform bears no responsibility for damages caused by natural aging or improper storage after transaction completion.

Exclusion of Non-Objective Value

Under no circumstances shall Mercy Platform be liable for compensation relating to “speculative market value,” “limited-edition premiums,” “second-hand auction prices,” “sentimental value,” “emotional attachment,” or any “derivative/indirect losses” associated with items or products.

Compensation Limit and Governing Law

For each online transaction or exclusive service case, the maximum total compensation liability of Mercy Platform is strictly capped at the value amount confirmed by both parties in the Customer Confirmation Form (calculation basis). These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
