Terms and Conditions

The service provisions of Mercy Platform (including 【物。Mercy好物館】, 【物。Mercy 3D 照相館】, 【物。Mercy模型工藝社】, and 【物。Mercy復修館】) are as follows:

Online Shopping Products and As-Is Sales

  1. 1.1

    Product images and videos displayed on this website are for reference only. If there are minor differences in color tone or condition between the actual item and online images, customers are not entitled to request returns or compensation.

  2. 1.2

    All second-hand, pre-owned, or rare limited-edition items sold on this website are offered strictly on an “as-is” basis, with no after-sales warranty, quality guarantee, or assurance of expected lifespan.

  3. 1.3

    Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the platform is unable to supply the item.

Risks and Responsibilities of In-Store Pickup and Logistics Delivery

  1. 2.1

    Customers may choose in-store pickup or delivery via SF Express/other designated courier companies. For in-store pickup, customers must complete inspection on site; once items are taken away, Mercy Platform bears no responsibility for subsequent damage.

  2. 2.2

    For courier delivery, any risks of damage, paint loss, or item loss during transit caused by vibration, collision, extreme weather, or third-party logistics are borne by the buyer and the courier company. Mercy Platform accepts no liability.

  3. 2.3

    If customers fail to collect items within 14 days after receiving completion or pickup notification, Mercy Platform reserves the right to charge a storage fee of HK$20 per day. If items remain uncollected after 30 days, ownership will be deemed fully abandoned. Mercy Platform has the right to dispose of such items (including resale, charity sale, donation, or destruction) without further notice or compensation.
