Every project is custom assessed and produced according to its dimensions, selected materials, structural design, painting style and level of detail.

Send an enquiry
Clients must provide the production details required for a single model or multiple models, including: Model details: Please provide the model name, category, scale, photos of the original model or kit parts, assembly instructions and reference photos for colour comparison. Production requirements: Please describe the desired finish in detail, such as a straight build, full paint or weathering, together with any specific modification and painting requirements.

Assessment and quotation
We will carry out an initial assessment of your requirements and provide an estimated production time and fee (see reference pricing).

Production and delivery
Parts inspection and confirmation: After accepting the initial estimate, the client must deliver or courier the original model to us for a parts inspection. We will explain the production approach and confirm the final schedule and fee. Order and deposit confirmation: The commissioned work formally begins once the client accepts the service proposal, signs the service agreement and pays the specified deposit. Completion and handover: Once the piece is complete, we will contact the client to arrange collection or delivery. The remaining balance is payable upon handover.
