Send an enquiry
Clients must provide the production materials required for an individual or group project, including: Clear photographs: Please provide clear front and side digital photographs in a suitable file format such as JPG, PNG or BMP. A resolution of 2K or above is recommended, with faces unobstructed and evenly lit. Production requirements: Please describe in detail any special effects you would like the finished piece to feature.

Assessment and quotation
We will carry out an initial assessment of your requirements and provide an estimated production time and fee (see reference pricing).

Production and delivery
Order and deposit confirmation: Production formally begins once the client accepts the service proposal, signs the service agreement and pays the specified deposit. Preview confirmation: We will provide a 3D preview for the client to review. Minor adjustments may be requested before final approval and production. Completion and handover: Once the piece is complete, we will contact the client to arrange collection or delivery. The remaining balance is payable upon handover.
