Photos and written descriptions support only an initial assessment. If an in-person discussion or physical inspection reveals different conditions, we will explain the revised plan and seek confirmation.
Quotation and payment
Where fees apply, we will provide a quotation and payment arrangement before work begins. Additional work will proceed only after we explain the reason and receive approval.
Timing and delivery
Estimated timing depends on complexity, material availability and the speed of approvals. The final written arrangement governs the delivery date, and we will communicate material changes as early as possible.
Handling and risk
We handle items with reasonable care. If existing ageing, hidden damage, fragile materials or unforeseen structural issues limit the work, we will explain this as soon as it becomes apparent.
Photos, information and privacy
Contact details, photos and project information are used only to assess, discuss and provide the service. We will not use identifiable personal or project content for public promotion without consent.
Changes, cancellations and uncollected items
Contact us as early as possible if an arrangement must change or be cancelled. Purchased materials, completed work and items left uncollected for an extended period will be handled according to the written project agreement.
